- Apprenticeship Program
- Volunteer Internship Program
Each program offers structured participation, supervised training, and practical experience in organizational and community-based operations.
Program Experience & Learning Outcomes
Through participation in Roy/Walker and Associate programs, individuals gain hands-on exposure to organizational workflows, administrative systems, and community service operations.
Participants may develop practical skills in areas such as:
- Administrative and operational systems
- Organizational coordination and workflow management
- Communication and teamwork in structured environments
- Community-based service support
- Foundational understanding of organizational operations
This experience is designed to provide real-world exposure to how structured organizations operate and collaborate within community-focused environments.
As participants progress, they may take on greater responsibility within projects based on performance, reliability, and organizational needs.
What You May Do
Participants may be involved in supervised training and operational support activities such as:
- Administrative and document assistance
- Organizational workflow support
- Community and client service coordination
- Logistics and operational support

- Team-based project assistance
