Our Residential & Independent Living Support initiative reflects our commitment to providing practical, person centered support for individuals with disabilities while helping create pathways toward greater independence, stability, and community participation.
Our experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities has helped us understand the importance of patience, consistency, respect, safety, communication, and individualized support in everyday living.
As our organization continues to develop, we are expanding this experience into a broader residential and independent-living program.

Residential Living
Roy/Walker and Associate is developing its residential living capacity to provide supportive community-based living opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

As our residential program develops, we intend to establish appropriate policies, procedures, staffing practices, training, safety standards, and regulatory compliance necessary to provide responsible residential services.
Independent Living Skills
Independence can look different for every individual.
For some people, independence may mean managing a daily schedule. For others, it may mean learning how to prepare meals, organize personal belongings, communicate preferences, manage money, participate in community activities, or develop workplace skills.
